Privacy policy

I. General provisions

1. The Privacy Policy sets out how the Customers' personal data necessary for the provision of electronic services via the website https://waterblock.eu (hereinafter: the Website) are collected, processed and stored.
2. The Website collects only the personal data necessary for the presentation of its Customers on the Website and for the provision of the necessary e-mails to recover a forgotten password assigned to a Customer profile or to activate an account on the Website.
3. The personal data collected through the Service shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as RODO) and the Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of the collection of personal data

1. Personal data is used for:
   • account registration and verification of the customer's identity,
   • to enable you to log in to the Website,
   • communication with the customer (contact form)
   • the dispatch of a newsletter (with the customer's consent to receive it),
   • running a commentary system,
   • shop handling Water Block
   • analytical and statistical activities,
2. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to use the functionality of the Website.

IV. Type of personal data processed

The Administrator may process the following personal data of the Customer:

• name,
• shipping address
• billing address
• e-mail address,
• username.

V. Period of processing of personal data

Customers' personal data will be processed for an indefinite period:

• when the basis for data processing is consent - until the consent is revoked, and after the consent is revoked - until the Administrator removes the Client's data from the service's database at the Client's request.

VI. Sharing of personal data

1. Customers' personal data will not be passed on to any entities affiliated with the Administrator or to entities cooperating with the Administrator.
2. Customers' personal data will not/will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. Customer Rights

1. Customer of the online shop Water Block have the right to: access to the content of your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).
2. Notification of the customer's entitlement under these rights should be sent to the following address biuro@waterblock.eu.
3. The administrator shall comply or refuse to comply with the request immediately - within a maximum of one day of receipt.
4. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if he/she considers that the processing violates his/her rights and freedoms (RODO).

VIII. Cookies

1. The website collects information by means of cookies - session cookies, permanent cookies and third-party cookies.
2. The collection of cookies supports the correct provision of services on the Website and is used for purposes related to the operation of the Online Shop. Water Block and Service, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes.
3. The user can specify the extent to which cookies can access their device in the browser settings.

IX. Automated decision-making and profiling

1. Users' and Customers' data may not be processed in an automated manner in such a way that any decisions can be made against them as a result.
2. User and customer data will not be profiled in order to adapt the content and personalise the offer.

X. Commentary and multimedia material

1. When the User adds a comment under an article or on a shop product subpage, the Website records the User's IP address and the signature of the browser the User is using in order to prevent spam.
2. The source of all multimedia materials (photos and films) displayed on the Website is the Internet, and their presence on the Website is not used for commercial purposes but as a supplement to the content published on the Website within the scope of the right of quotation under the following article.

   Extracts of distributed works and distributed visual, photographic or minor works may be quoted in their entirety in works constituting an independent whole to the extent justified by the purposes of the quotation, such as explanation, polemic, critical or scientific analysis, teaching or the laws of the genre.

XI. Final provisions

1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but Users' rights will not be restricted.
2. Information on the changes made will appear in the form of a message available on the Website.
3. In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the RODO and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
