WB FUGA FLEX – A flexible grout intended for filling spaces between ceramic tiles, stoneware tiles, natural and artificial stone surfaces, as well as for filling spaces in mosaics.
Properties:
- elastic and smooth,
- resistant to water penetration and mold formation,
- water and frost resistant,
- efficient and easy to use.
Application:
- for standard and deformation-prone surfaces (heated ones, as well as terraces and balconies),
- for swimming pools and terraces,
- for indoor and outdoor use.
Surface type and preparation:
The tiles should be cleaned and free of any substances that may reduce adhesion (dust, grease, bitumen, adhesive residues). Wet tiles showing the signs of high water absorption should be dried. Perform a stain resistance test of the tiles.
Preparation of the product:
Pour the contents of the package into clean, cool water. Afterwards, mix by means of a drill with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. After 5 minutes, mix again.
Usage:
The grout should be applied with a trowel to fill in spaces between the tiles. After the application, remove the excess of the grout. After approximately 10 minutes, it is possible to start leveling the product with a damp sponge, avoiding rubbing the filled joints too hard. Smoothen the surface with a damp sponge within 30 minutes from the moment of application. Remove tarnish from the tiles after applying the grout. The grout should be used within 40 minutes from the moment of mixing it with water. If the product thickens, it should be stirred dynamically and water should not be added to it. Adding water may reduce the properties of the grout, especially – its adhesion and setting time. What is more, such an approach may cause discolorations to occur. The properly prepared product is alkaline in nature, so the skin and eyes of the individual applying it should be properly protected. In the case of contact with the eyes, rinse them with cold water and seek medical care.
Working conditions:
Construction works should be carried out at temperatures ranging between +5°C and +25°C.
Storage:
The grout should be stored in tightly closed bags in dry rooms for 12 months from the date of its production.

12 months from the production date.
